Husson Corportion - Engineering Visualizations of Children Playground Sets

The Husson International group (http://www.husson.co.uk) was founded in 1960 and is now a leading European manufacturer of children's play areas, multiple sports areas for adolescents, and street furniture and stands. Over 100 highly qualified staff work continuously on research, manufacturing and planning. Production takes place in two ultra-modern plants located at the centre of Europe.

Husson UK uses a plethora of multi-media tools to visualize Husson's products for product manuals, sales brochures, WEB imagery and inter-company engineering communication and discussion.

Husson's product visualization group approached Okino looking for a dedicated and direct conversion path from their Pro/E engineering models over to their favourite rendering package inside of AutoCAD. This was provided by PolyTrans|CAD, its Granite importer module for handling native ProE files, and the DWG exporter module for exporting native AutoCAD files. The final files were imported into AutoCAD and rendered to the images shown on this page in 4 to 20 minutes. The final layouts were assembled in Corel.
