This form allows you to send credit card information to Okino as payment towards the pro-forma invoice which has been provided to you in a PDF file. If you do not wish to submit your credit card information online then please write that information onto your pro-forma invoice and email it back to sales@okino.com or fax it back to 1-905-672-2706.

Okino Computer Graphics sales are charged to your credit card in Canadian dollars at the current U.S. to Canadian exchange rate in effect at the time of product ordering. This is reflected in the pro-forma invoice PDF file which has been sent to you. For our US customers: there are many types of 'dollars' in the world; the "exchange rate" converts between the current value of the U.S. dollar to the Canadian dollar - it is not a tax as is commonly perceived.
