This dialog box contains the options which control area captures.
This defines which area type will be used to capture the screen area. To finish with the polygon tool double click the left mouse button.
Draw Line Style
This is the line style to use when drawing the capture region.
When the captured area does not fill the entire rectangular bitmap image (such as odd shaped captured regions), then this pattern is used to fill the background.
This is the cursor to use while the capture region is being interactively drawn. It can only be selected when the "Use Cross-Lines Cursor" option is disabled.
Ellipse Width & Height
Width and height of the ellipse used when drawing a rounded rectangle. Default is 100.
Include Cursor in Captured Area
If enabled then the cursor's image will be captured along with the bitmap image.
Use Cross-Lines Cursor
If enabled then cross-hairs will be drawn while the capture region is being interactively drawn.
Show Draw Cursor
If enabled then the cursor will be shown while the capture region is being interactively drawn.
This allows the Ctrl, Shift,+,- keys to aid in the capture operation.
(+/-) are used for zooming in/out in the info window.
Ctrl key: If the area is a rectangle, round rectangle or ellipse, pressing CTRL key will center the drawing.
Shift key: If the area is a rectangle, round rectangle or ellipse, pressing SHIFT key will draw regular shapes (that is Ellipse becomes a circle , Rectangle becomes a Square, etc.).
Info Window Options
Once the area capture operation has begun a small info window will appear which shows the X and Y cursor location and the current width and height of the drawn capture region. These options control what is shown on this info window and its size.
These define the various colors used to interactively draw the capture region.
